How to Recreate an Outlook 2013 Profile
You can recreate an Outlook 2013 profile by following these step-by-step instructions.
Step 1
If you are not already at the Start screen or Start Menu depending on your version of Windows left-click "Control Panel."

Left-click the name of the profile you want to recreate, and left-click "Remove."

In the "New Profile" window, type "exchange" without quotes as the profile name and left-click "OK."

In the "Email Address" field, type your email address in the form "abc123@iris.nau.edu" without quotes where "abc123" is your NAU User ID. Type your password into the "Password" field, and retype your password in the last field. When you are finished, left-click "Next." The profile will be set up. When this is done, left-click "Finish."

Left-click "Apply," then left-click "OK." You have successfully recreated your Outlook 2013 profile.
