Outlook 2013: Granting Calendar Access
You can grant other users access to your Outlook 2013 shared calendar by following these step-by-step instructions.
Step 1
Open Outlook and left-click the "calendar" icon in the menu near the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
Step 2
Left-click "All Folders" on the left-hand side of the window.
Step 3
In the list that opens, right-click the name of the calendar you want to share. In the menu that appears, hover your mouse cursor over "Share."

In the dialog box that appears, left-click "Add."

Outlook 2013 Granting Calendar Access 5 Left-click the name of the user you want to grant calendar access to and left-click "Add." You can use the search bar to narrow down the list. When you are finished, left-click "OK." You will be taken back to the window in Step 5. Left-click "Apply," then left-click "OK." You have successfully granted another user access to your Outlook 2013 shared calendar.
