Granting Another User Access to Your Calendar

You can give another user access to your Outlook 2011 calendar by following these step-by-step instructions.

Step 1

 Outlook 2011 Calendar option

 Select "Calendar" in the left-hand pane of the Outlook window.

Step 2

 Permissions button

 Click the "Permissions" button in the ribbon.

Step 3

 Calendar Permissions (Add User highlighted)

 Click the "Add User" button.

Step 4

 Select User

 Type the NAU user ID of the user you want to grant access to, and press the "Find" button.  When the name appears, select it and click "OK."  Finally, click "OK" one more time to give the selected user permission to view your Outlook 2011 calendar.
