Granting Other Users Access to Your Calendar

Other users can be given access to your Microsoft Outlook 2010 calendar by following these step-by-step instructions

Step 1

In the left-hand pane of the Outlook window, select "Calendar."

Right-click the name of your calendar in the left-hand pane, and select "Share."

Step 3

Select "Calendar Permissions" from the "Share" menu.

The "Calendar Properties" dialog box will appear.  Make sure you are in the "Permissions" tab and click the "Add" button.

Step 5

Outlook Contact List (Generic)
Select the user you want to grant access to from the list.  You can use the search bar to find the desired user more quickly.  Once their name is highlighted, click the "Add" button, then click "OK."  Finally, click "OK" one more time to grant the selected user permission to view your Outlook 2010 calendar.
