Granting Other Users Access to Your CalendarOther users can be given access to your Microsoft Outlook 2010 calendar by following these step-by-step instructions
Step 1In the left-hand pane of the Outlook window, select "Calendar."
Step 2Right-click the name of your calendar in the left-hand pane, and select "Share."
Step 3Select "Calendar Permissions" from the "Share" menu.
Step 4The "Calendar Properties" dialog box will appear. Make sure you are in the "Permissions" tab and click the "Add" button.
Step 5Select the user you want to grant access to from the list. You can use the search bar to find the desired user more quickly. Once their name is highlighted, click the "Add" button, then click "OK." Finally, click "OK" one more time to grant the selected user permission to view your Outlook 2010 calendar.
