Accessing Another User's Email

Accessing another user's shared email in Microsoft Outlook 2007 can be achieved by following these step-by-step instructions.

Step 1

In the left-hand pane, right-click "Mailbox" and select "Open Other Folder" from the menu.

Click "Other User's Folder."

In the window that appears, click "Name."

Select the name of the user whose shared email you want to access.  You can use the search bar to find the user more quickly.  After the user's name is highlighted, click "OK."  You now have access to the selected user's shared email.
