Granting Another User Access to Your Calendar

You can give another user access to your Microsoft Outlook 2007 calendar by following these step-by-step instructions.

Step 1

In the left-hand pane of the Outlook window, select "Calendar."

Right-click the name of your calendar in the left-hand pane.

Step 3

Select "Change Sharing Permissions" from the menu.

The "Calendar Properties" dialog box will appear.  Make sure you are in the "Permissions" tab, and click the "Add" button.

Step 5

Outlook Contact List (Generic)
Select the user you want to grant access to from the list.  You can use the search bar to find the desired user more quickly.  Once the user's name is selected, click the "Add" button, then click "OK."  Finally, click "OK" one more time to grant the selected user permission to view your Outlook 2007 calendar.
