Blackberry Exchange Setup
Before you begin using Exchange for mobile devices you will first need to agree to NAU's Mobile Device policies at: https://iris.nau.edu/homepage/mobile/
- Blackberry users must contact ITS to have their account setup for use on the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). ITS will provide a BES license for users receiving a data allowance. Other users will be required to purchase a license before connecting their Blackberry to the BES. The BES License can be purchased at the ITS Software Store for a cost of $79.
- Blackberry users will need to ensure that their wireless plan includes the capability to connect to a Blackberry Enterprise Server (often referred to as "corporate email"). Many carriers do not include this functionality in their basic package.
