Android Exchange Email Setup (Native Client)
Before you begin using Exchange for mobile devices you will first need to agree to NAU's Mobile Device policies at: https://iris.nau.edu/homepage/mobile/
You can set up your NAU Email account using the native Android email client.
*Note ITS does not fully support the native Android client. For full support ITS recommends that users install and use the "Touchdown" application off of the Google Play Store. For support documentation on setting up email with "Touchdown" please refer to the following "Android Exchange Email Setup via the Touchdown App".
Step 1
Tap the "Apps" icon in the bottom center of the home screen.
Step 2
Tap the "Settings" icon.
Step 3
Scroll down to the "Accounts" section of the "Settings" menu and tap "Add account."

Step 5
In the appropriate field, type your email address in the form "abc123@iris.nau.edu" without quotes where "abc123" is your NAU User ID. Type your password into the second field. When you are finished, tap "Manual setup."

When you receive the warning message shown above, tap "OK."
Step 9
Select the optional settings you want by checking or un-checking the check boxes as you see fit. When you are finished, tap "Next."
