Setting up an email account in Entourage 2008 can be achieved by following these step-by-step instructions.
Step 1
Open Entourage and select "Tools" from the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Select "Accounts" from the menu.

Click the arrow next to the "New" icon in the dialog box. From the menu that appears, select "Exchange."
Step 4
Type your email address into the appropriate field, make sure the check box is checked, and click the right arrow button.
Step 5
Continue clicking the right arrow until you see the dialog box shown above. Type your name and email address in the appropriate fields. In the "Exchange server" field, type "https://iris.nau.edu/ews/exchange.asmx". In the "LDAP server" field, type "cyprus.nau.froot.nau.edu". Make sure the check box is checked, and click the right arrow.
Step 6
Click "Verify My Settings."
Step 7
In the "Domain" field, type "NAU". In the "Account ID" field, type your NAU user ID. Type in your password and click "OK." Once your settings are verified, click the right arrow.
Step 8
Type your account name in the text box and click "Finish." Your Entourage 2008 email account is now set up.
