Enterprise Reporting Solutions (ERS) provides access to data in a timely, accurate and secure manner. When other reporting methods do not satisfy a need, ERS allows users to retrieve information by way of standard reporting and self-service query. Access to reports is available 7 days a week between 7am to 12:00am (excepting Sundays between 8am and noon for regular system maintenance). Data reflected in reports is as of the previous working day. The ERS Help Desk is always accessible to you at: Reporting@nau.edu OR call 523-1151.
