Clearing Internet Temporary Files
How to clear your temporary internet files (aka cache and cookies)

Internet Explorer
: Go to 'Tools' (or the Gear icon) > 'Internet Options', and in the center of the window that pops up, there is a section for 'Browsing History'. Click the 'Delete' button and make sure 'Temporary Internet Files' and 'Cookies' are check marked. Also make sure that 'Preserve Favorites website data' is un-check marked. Click 'Delete' and when it finishes processing, close any open Internet Explorer windows you have.
Firefox for Mac
: Go to 'Tools' > 'Clear Recent History' (or Clear Private Data). Click 'Details' and make sure that all the check boxes under there are checked. After that, select the time range that you want to delete your files from - we recommend selecting 'Everything' (you might also see a list of check boxes of the data that you want to delete. Select everything in that list). After that restart the browser.
Firefox for Windows
: Click the orange, rectangular Firefox menu and then highlight 'History'. From that menu, click 'Clear Recent History'. Next, click the 'Details' down arrow and make sure that all the check boxes under there are checked. After that select the time range that you want to delete your files from, we recommend selecting 'Everything' and click 'Clear Now'. After that restart the browser.
Safari for Mac
: At the top of the window, click on the 'Safari' menu and select 'Preferences'. Select the 'Privacy' tab and click 'Remove All Website Data...' After that, click 'Remove Now' and restart the browser (go to the 'Safari' menu and click 'Quit Safari').
Safari for Windows:
Click on the Gear icon in the upper right. Click 'Preferences' and then click the 'Privacy' tab. Click 'Remove Now' and then restart the browser.
Chrome for Mac
: Click on the 'Chrome' menu and click 'Clear Browsing Data'. On the next page, check (at minimum) 'Empty the cache' and 'Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data'. For the 'Obliterate the following items from:' drop-down box, select 'the beginning of time' and click 'Clear browsing data' at the bottom. Restart the browser after that.
Chrome for Windows
:
Click on the three horizontal line icon in the upper right corner of the main Chrome window. Click on 'History' and then 'Clear all browsing data...' On the next page, check (at minimum) 'Empty the cache' and 'Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data'. For the 'Obliterate the following items from:' drop-down box, select 'the beginning of time' and click 'Clear browsing data' at the bottom. Restart the browser after that.
