Creating a Contact Group in Outlook 2011
Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Macintosh allows you to create named contact groups that you can use to address messages to groups of people all at once. To access step-by-step instructions on creating a contact group, pull down the Help menu, choose Outlook Help and then type "Create a Contact Group" into the search box. Email Client Distribution Lists are used to send an email to a predefined group of users. A message sent to a Contact Group goes to all recipients that are listed in the group. You can include Contact Groups in messages, task requests, meeting requests, and in other Contact Groups.
