Connecting to NAU Secure Wireless using Android

Connecting using an Android Phone

Step 1: 

Click on the "Settings" icon located in the applications menu on your mobile device.

Step 2: 

Click on "Wi-Fi" to select the network to connect to. Make sure the button on the right side is switched to the "On" position.

Step 3: 

Select NAU with the "Secured" description beneath it.

Step 4:

 In the field labeled "EAP Method" ensure that PEAP is selected from the drop down menu.

Step 5: 

For Staff and Faculty members enter "NAU\" followed by your NAU Username in the identity field and your NAU Password in the "Password" field. Students will enter "NAU-Students\" followed by their NAU Username into the identity field, and their NAU Password in the "Password" Field.

Connecting using an Android Tablet

Step 1:

Click on the "Settings" icon located in the applications menu on your mobile device.

Step 2:

Select the "Wi-Fi" tab on the left side of your device.

Step 3:

Select the wireless network named "NAU" with the "Secured" description beneath it.

Step 4:

Enter your Username in the "Identity" field and Password in the "Password" field. Then click "Connect".
