Sharing Large Files

7-16-2013  Occasionally,  NAU faculty, staff or students need to share files with external organizations that are too large to attach to an email.  How should you share your research results with a colleague at another university,  or submit reporting to a regulatory agency, or share your video project with collaborators outside of NAU?

Google Storage Quota Now Unified Across Gmail and Drive

5-30-2013  Google storage quota is now unified across Gmail and Drive. On May 28th, 2013, Google changed to a new, simpler allowance for storage that's combined across Gmail and Drive. We're replacing the current, separate storage allowances—25GB for Gmail and 5GB for Drive—with a single 30GB quota that will cover Gmail, Drive, and Google+ Photos.

Blackboard Learn is NAU's online Learning Management System, the destination for NAU's online classes and online resources for in-person classes.

LOUIE/PeopleSoft

PeopleSoft (also known as "LOUIE") is NAU's student and employee information management system. ITS provides technical support for the PeopleSoft system. 

FERPA Online Training

The FERPA Online Training Application provides a way for faculty and staff to become familliar with their and students rights and responsibilities under FERPA.

Classlists

Classlists is an automatically generated list provided to Faculty for mailing content to their students.

SCORER is the computerized test-grading system available to the NAU academic community through Information Technology Services.
