After-Hours Tech Support

After-hours tech support for faculty, staff, and students is available from the University's help desks: the Solution Center, Student Technology Center, and e-Learning Center.

Solution Center

The ITS Solution Center is the central point of contact for NAU faculty, staff and affiliates requiring technical assistance and support with NAU software, hardware, network and telephony.

The Solution Center now offers extended hours of support during evenings and weekends in addition to University business hours.

Monday through Friday: 8:00am - 10:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 1:00pm - 10:00pm


Student Technology Center

Provides all tech support for students

e-Learning Center

Provides support for Blackboard Learn and other instructional technologies for faculty.
