After-Hours Tech Support
March 2, 2015: The University is closed due to severe winter weather and poor driving conditions. We will re-open at 8:00am tomorrow morning (Tuesday, March 3, 2015)
After-hours tech support for faculty, staff, and students is available from the University's help desks: the Solution Center, Student Technology Center, and e-Learning Center.

The ITS Solution Center is the central point of contact for NAU faculty, staff and affiliates requiring technical assistance and support with NAU software, hardware, network and telephony.
The Solution Center now offers extended hours of support during evenings and weekends in addition to University business hours.

Saturday and Sunday: 1:00pm - 10:00pm
