PBISAz's Purpose
The purpose of the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports of Arizona (PBISAz) project is to establish a comprehensive, yet focused statewide effort to improve the capacity of its schools to address the full range of school-wide behavioral challenges facing Arizona educators. The project provides schools with the expertise and resources of several organizations and individuals with expertise on Positive Behavioral Support programs.
PBISAz Provides
- Technical assistance and support to schools in northern Arizona who are self or grant-funded for PBISAz training through Arizona Department of Education.
- Onsite observations and assistance as needed.
- Planning assistance.
- Provision of support materials.
