Need: The Rehabilitation Services Administration, through it's State Rehabilitation Advisory Council, need to conduct a comprehensive consumer satisfaction survey every three years in accordance with their federal mandates.
Project Goals & Objectives: The goal of the project was to conduct a statewide consumer satisfaction survey to determine the level and nature of the Rehabilitation Services Administration client/consumer satisfaction with services and services providers with the goal of improving services and satisfaction levels.  The objectives of the project included the collaborative development of the questionnaire and methodology, the implementation of the survey through the Northern Arizona, Social Research Laboratory, and the sampling techniques that take into account the numbers of the target population that takes into consideration the distribution of unban/rural and disability type.
