EAzI — Empowering Arizona’s Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (Arizona Consumer–Driven Quality Improvement System Project)
PROJECT HOME
WHAT IS THE EAzI PROJECT?
The goal of the EAzI project is to improve the Division of Developmental Disabilities home based services by creating, testing and evaluating a new way to gather information about the quality of these services. The EAzI project will train individuals with disabilities and family members to interview other individuals with disabilities and families about the quality of services they receive, in their homes (e.g., respite, habilitation) through the Division.
The EAZI project is funded through Federal Grant #11-P-92438/9-01 to the Divison of Development Disabilities from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
