  • Alternative Financing Programs - Arizona Loans for Assistive Technology/Telework
    Our financial loan programs provide an affordable opportunity for persons with disabilities to purchase assistive technology.

    AzTAP has a network of five assistive technology regional resources centers to help consumers and service providers become more knowledgeable about assistive technology.

    Equipment demonstrations available at our Phoenix office and regional resource centers provide in-depth opportunities to explore assistive technology options specific to a person’s needs. Contact a center nearest to you to set up an appointment.
  • Equipment Loan Programs (Short -term)
    A wide range of assistive technology is available for short term loans to help consumers and service providers make a decision about what will work best.
    AzTAP operates the Short Term Assistive Technology Lending Library for the Arizona Department of Education. Documents for that program are available below:
  • Equipment Reutilization – Arizona Assistive Technology Exchange (AzATEX)
    AzTAP operates an online equipment exchange program that posts equipment for sale or donation. We offer a connection between people who want to sell assistive with those who want to buy items. Contact our office for hard copy information about available items.
  • Information & Assistance
    AzTAP and Regional Resource Center personnel are available to find answers to your assistive technology questions.
  • Information Technology Training
    Our staff is available to provide training and technical assistance on accessible information technology in education, employment and the public sector.
  • Interagency Collaboration
    AzTAP works collaboratively with public and private organizations to coordinate services and to impact public policy related to assistive technology issues.
  • Microsoft Accessibility Resource Center
    AzTAP’s has been designated as a Microsoft Accessibility Center. Contact our Phoenix or Flagstaff locations to learn about the accessibility features imbedded into Microsoft operating system software.
  • Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program
    The Telecommunications Distribution Program provides free telephone devices to Arizona Residents who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or speech impaired.
