This training project will provide demonstration and training materials to VR service providers regarding how to: 1) identify appropriate regional treatment centers for their clients, 2) develop culturally appropriate Individual Plan for Employment (IPE) for American Indians with alcoholism, 3) provide culturally appropriate VR services for American Indians with alcoholism, and 4) improve employment outcomes.
