Department Index Update Form



This form is for Departments who are currently linked into the NAU Web site from one of the top level pages or from the NAU Home Page itself, but have been omitted from the Department Index or wish another "cross-referenced" link to be added to the Index. This form can also be used to report a broken/outdated links in the Department Index.

If your department is not linked to the NAU Web Site from one of the main categories and you would like to request that a link be made, please use the Link Request Form.
