Extended Hours of Operation for the e-Learning Center's Faculty Help Line

During certain high-demand times (typically the first and last weeks of a semester as well as the week before a semester begins) we offer extended hours of Faculty Help Line support. Upcoming extended hours are listed below. When the Help Line isn't available, faculty should contact the Student Technology Center.

Due to budget cuts and reduction in our student staff, the e-Learning Center has had to limit extended hours for Spring 2009. On Saturday, January 10, and Sunday, January 11, we will be offering e-mail support only—no telephone support will be available. Due to expected high volume of email, you might not get an immediate response. Please plan accordingly.
