Criminal Justice "Investigating Difference" Creative and Scholarly Projects Grant
DEADLINE: Rolling as funds permit.
This scholarship provides financial assistance to underwrite the costs of travel or special materials needed for an independent study, undergraduate research internship, a major class project or thesis research. To qualify, students must be in good academic standing, enrolled full-time and either be a CJ undergraduate major or enrolled in the CJ Graduate Program. Awards are based upon merit and amounts vary. Application materials include:
1. A NAU transcript (unofficial is fine)
2. A description of the project and how it furthers your academic career
3. A detailed budget
4. A letter of support from a faculty member
Release of Information
By submitting a Scholarship Application Form you are giving your consent for NAU to release your personal information to donors, faculty and staff who will be considering you for scholarships. This includes, but is not limited to, your application information, GPA, year in school, financial need, major, etc. The donor may request updates of your progress at NAU including GPA, classes taken, financial need, etc. if you are selected to receive a scholarship. Only donors seriously considering you for scholarships and approved by the NAU Scholarship Office may have this information and no information will be provided to any other outside sources. Submission of this scholarship application form confirms that you agree to these terms and conditions.
