Kay Meier

 

Kay Meier is the detachment secretary and graphic artist for Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) Detachment 027, Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, Arizona. As the civilian secretary, she is responsible for efficient management of university records and correspondence for the military staff. She also manages the Four-Year Scholarship program and ensures the prompt interviewing of all qualified applicants and accurate completion of all records on a timely basis. In the performance of her duties, Ms. Meier uses her artistic skills to enhance the detachment through computer graphics designs.

Kay Meier was born and raised in the Midwest, migrating to Arizona in 1978. She is a self-taught artist and musician and divides her artistic talents between building miniatures, computer graphics, and fine art painting in oils and watercolors.
