We match practical classes together with real-life experience in cooperative education programs or internships with prestigious retailing or manufacturing firms.  Our merchandising programs will help you develop the oral, written, and visual communication skills you need.

The field of merchandising is vast and extremely diversified. The merchandising environment encompasses many types of products that we use in our lives including:

  • the apparel we wear
  • accessories and adornment we select
  • furnishings we choose for our homes
  • items that contribute to our style of living

Timing is everything in merchandising—having the right retail at the right time and place in sufficient quantities and at the right price to meet customer demand.
