There are four types of apartments:

• two bedroom, one bathroom, with two students (private bedrooms)
• three bedroom, one bathroom, with three students (private bedrooms)
• two bedroom, two bathrooms, with four students (shared bedrooms)
• four bedroom, two bathrooms, with four students (private bedrooms)

Each apartment will contain:

• one double or twin bed per student
• one to two showers per apartment with one to two sinks and mirrors
• one desk per student
• one desk chair per student
• one bookshelf per student
• one closet per student
• one kitchen area with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and table with three chairs
• one full-sized kitchen pantry
• a stackable washer/dryer
• one couch, one coffee table, and end tables
• one breakfast bar with stools
• carpeted rooms
