Housing costs and due dates
We make campus living easy: in addition to living in
a comfortable environment, it’s also a cost-effective solution.
Your rental rates include all utilities: water, electric,
gas, high-speed internet and wireless connections, basic cable, and local
telephone service.
Housing rates are set each year by the Arizona Board of
Regents and are based on recommendations by the Residence Life Advisory
Council. New rates become effective August 1 of each year.
