We provide training, tools and support to administrators, faculty and staff in departments across the university. Students are encouraged to contact their advisors for assistance or browse through student resources for more information.
Academic Catalog
The Registrar's Office publishes the university's Academic Catalog based on curriculum approvals.
Administrative Add- Drop
Faculty can use the Administrative Add-Drop form to quickly submit class roster change requests to the Registrar's Office.
Advisement Reports
Academic Advisement Reports allow students and their advisors to track progress towards graduation by viewing completed coursework in the context of degree requirements.
Course/Program Fees
All Course and Program Fee requests are to be submitted to the Vice Provost office. Submit the appropriate request form as an electronic attachment to the Vice Provost's office: Course Fee (100 & under); Course Fee (over 100); Program Fee. Please reference ABOR Course Fee Policy, ABOR Course Fee Guidelines, NAU Course Fee Guidelines and Calculating Fees Total Impact before submitting a request.
Courses and Plans
Approved lists of Liberal Studies and Diversity courses are maintained by the Registrar's Office. We also provide lists of plans and sub-plans by catalog year to support curricular processes and planning. These lists reflect final curricular approvals, as they are encoded in LOUIE.
Grading
Contains grading schedules, instructions and other resources needed in order to successfully record and update student grades.
