Admission and prices  

Pay per visit to the Wall Aquatic Center (WAC) or learn more about our different types of passes if you swim often.

Price per visit

If you choose to pay per visit, the prices are:

  • children four years and younger: $1
  • Northern Arizona University students:
    • free during the academic year if you have paid the activity fee
    • $4 during the summer
  • Northern Arizona University affiliates: $4
  • public: $6
  • senior citizens (65 and over): $4.50

Students, faculty, staff, and alumni must present a current ID at the time of admission.

Annual and semester passes

Northern Arizona University students who have paid the activity fee automatically have passes to the WAC during the academic year. Others may purchase a semester pass once the semester is underway. The best time to buy one is during open swim on a weekday.

Photo ID is required at the time of admission for all pass holders.

A family pass includes the pass holder(s), spouse, and children under the age of 18. All Northern Arizona University family pass purchases that include a spouse must have both spouses present at the time of purchase or renewal.

All public family pass purchases that include a spouse must provide proof of marriage or proof of shared living and shared finances.

Northern Arizona Masters passes

Masters passes allow holders to swim during designated practice times, and are available for purchase at the front desk of the WAC. 

You can purchase Masters passes at the following times (practice times are listed at the bottom of the page):

  • Monday - Friday
    • 8 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
    • 3:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Saturdays
    • 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Sundays
    • 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Prices for Masters passes are as follows:

  • student – all available practice times
    • semester: $40
    • annual: $100
  • student – morning practice times only
    • semester: $40
    • annual: $100  
  • faculty, staff, alumni, affiliate – all available practice times
    • semester: $100
    • annual: $250
  • faculty, staff, alumni, affiliate – morning practice times only
    • semester: $50
    • annual: $125
  • public – all available practice times
    • semester: $150
    • annual: $300
  • public – morning practice times only
    • semester: $75
    • annual: $150

In addition, punch cards can be purchased at the front desk and may be used at evening or weekend practices only ($40 for 10 visits/punches). 

Please note that a membership is required for all weekday morning practices. 

Masters Swimming practice times are the following:

Fall and spring semester
  •  Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.
  • Monday-Friday: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Some Saturdays 6:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.
College Night 
  •  Tuesday and Thursday evenings (open to all adults, even non-students)
 School breaks and holidays
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Summer
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 6:00 p.m. -7:30 a.m.
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
