20-20-20: Three workouts in one! The 20-20-20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of arms, 20 minutes of legs, and 20 minutes of abs and core work. Are you ready for the challenge? 

All Levels Yoga: Through this class, gain experiential knowledge while you are taught the foundations of yoga. Learn how to focus on technique and alignment of each posture and open up your body for breathing, flexibility, and strength training. The workout helps reduce your stress and improves your physical and mental balance. Each yoga workout can be easily modified to accommodate all experience levels. Please bring your own yoga mat to each class. The front desk has limited supply so please plan accordingly.

Aqua FitnessA high intensity, high energy class, this class will incorporate interval training in a suspended environment providing you with an incredible cardiovascular and resistance training workout. You will sculpt and tone your muscles incorporating leg strengthening exercises, sculling and through the use of aqua equipment. Monday & Wednesday classes are held in the deep water. Tuesday & Thursday classes are held in both the deep and shallow water. All classes are held at the Wall Aquatic Center.

Beginner’s Yoga:This class is for individuals without prior yoga experience or beginners who would like a detailed refresher class. A beginning level class suitable for all ages and fitness will build confidence and prepare them for our more experienced level classes. Please bring your own yoga mat to each class.  The front desk has limited supply so please plan accordingly.

BLT (Butt, Legs, & Thighs)Total focus on the lower body using bands, dumbbells, balls, and body bars. Lower body training at its finest! 30 minutes is all you'll need to feel the burn!

Bootcamp: You can command Power, Strength, and Agility with this high intensity circuit workout that will push you to your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you'll lunge, crunch, jump, and more for a full body workout. In the end, you'll leave the class feeling exhilarated!

BoxingThis workout is designed to give you an alternative, yet challenging workout!  The workouts will consist of non-contact basic techniques, numerous offensive and defensive drills as well as many other aspects of boxing!  Never done boxing before?  That’s ok!  Our group fitness boxing instructors will teach the basics as well as advanced techniques to everyone!  Blow off some steam and get fit!  Due to equipment limitations, this class is limited to 35 participants, first come first serve.

Cardio Kickboxing: This incredible cardio workout is full of exhilarating kick and punch combinations that will keep your heart rate up and deliver great results. The class also incorporates cardio and weight bearing intervals that will make your body burn! Due to space limitations, this class is limited to 40 participants, first come first serve.

Contemporary JazzThis contemporary class will teach you dances like you have seen on television. Learn the current dance moves to top 20 and timeless music.  This is an upbeat, challenging and fun workout!  The class is designed for all levels of dancers.  Join us for a great workout with others that enjoy dance just as much as you do.

Cycle:  Join us for a cardiovascular journey! This class will challenge you in ways you didn’t think possible with sprints, climbs, and jumps. This intense workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance with high energy music and exhilarating rides! Participants will remain on the bike throughout this workout. Due to equipment limitations, this class is limited to 30 participants, first come first serve.

Dance WorkoutThis class combines traditional ballet exercises with pilates and cardio driven dance combinations.You will increase your coordination while stretching and toning your muscles. No previous dance experience is necessary. Join in today!

Double Trouble: Exercising is better with a friend, so grab your workout buddy and prepare to sweat in this class incorporating cardio, strength, power, balance, and coordination!  Partners will utilize each other both mentally and physically in this workout.  No partner?  No worry, we’ll find a partner for you.

Gentle Flow Yoga:Open to all levels of practice and abilities, our soothing gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace - allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. Please bring your own yoga mat to each class. The front desk has limited supply so please plan accordingly.

Hardcore AbsTired of endless crunches?  Train your core from the inside out using stability balls, medicine balls, and your own body weight.  You’ll experience a total front and back abdominal workout which will help you achieve your core strengthening goals. 

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): HIIT is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy of alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise with short, intense workouts.  You’ll experience a multitude of benefits some of which include:  improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and fat burning.

Insane Weight TrainThis fast paced circuit style weight training class is devoted to participants who have limited experience using weights for exercise. The class will expand your knowledge of proper lifting techniques, machine usage, and build your confidence in the weight room setting while utilizing new and challenging workouts in group exercise.

Jump Start CycleThis invigorating, early-morning cycling class will leave you inspired and ready to face your day with confidence.  This intense workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance with high energy music and exhilarating rides!  Participants will remain on the bike throughout this workout.  It is acceptable to leave this workout early to make it on time to class or work.

Latin DanceCome experience the flavor of the Latin dance world! In this class you will be learning, the afro-Cuban dance of Salsa, the Dominican love music of Bachata, and the fun lively Dominican style of Merengue. All you need to bring is yourself and your excitement to learn! So head on over!
Baile LatinoVen y disfruta el sabor de el mundo del baile latino! En esta clase aprenderás el estilo afro-Cubano de Salsa, el estilo Dominicano de Bachata, y el divertidísimo Merengue Dominicano. Lo único que necesitaras será venir y traer la emoción de aprender!

Noontime StepThis high-energy step class is geared toward those who want a more active lunch break.  All levels are welcome at this fabulous aerobic workout that uses imaginative step combinations and pushes your fitness level to the max, making exercise fun!

Pilates:A class that works your entire body without even knowing it!  Pilates workouts consist of a compilation muscular endurance, conditioning, yoga, sports and dance exercises. The class will challenge core and peripheral strength while working on posture, coordination, balance, and flexibility.

Ride, Rip & RelaxThis cycle class will challenge you in ways you didn’t think possible with sprints, climbs, and jumps. This intense workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance with high energy music and exhilarating rides! Using equipment and body weight, participants will experience interval workouts on and off of the bike.  Each workout also includes a well deserved, invigorating cool down.

Step:This class takes the traditional step moves and transforms them into creative step combinations by simply adding the elements of rhythm, direction and style!

Step & Sculpt:  This class takes the traditional step moves and transforms them into creative step combinations by simply adding the elements of rhythm, direction and style! Class wouldn’t be complete without integrating the cardiovascular workout with great toning and muscular strengthening exercises. This class brings the "fun factor" back into a workout!

Sunset SalutationsA challenging mind and body adventure incorporating asanas, breathing and mindfulness for a complete yoga experience. Sculpt a leaner, stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue. Flow from one energizing asana to another while linking each movement with your breath. Open your heart, shoulders, hips, back while strengthening and toning your core, arms and legs.

Track ConditioningTrack Conditioning is an intense 50 minute full body workout designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and increase muscle strength. Track conditioning will utilize the upstairs track, track corners, and free weights. We will never stay in one spot, allowing for a lot of movement. This is also a great opportunity to learn how to utilize space, weights, and execute exercises with correct form.

TRX: TRX® suspension is the next level of training.  Achieve ultimate results by sculpting and shredding your muscles utilizing a variety of push, pull, hang and suspension work.  Experience a heart pumping, body busting workout in a SMALL class environment & receive INDIVIDUALIZED workouts- each class is limited in size. $5/class or purchase your classes up front and instructors will track your attendance/payment.  Pay prior to the class at the Rec Center front desk.

Upper Cut30 minutes of total upper body shaping and sculpting. Work it out with weights and your body’s own resistance to create the burn.

Yoga for ClimbersYoga for climbers is a physical and mental practice designed by a climber for climbers. No previous yoga experience is required to attend this class, in fact this class has been designed to help introduce climbers to the benefits that yoga can have on climbing performance. The class will consist of rigorous physical warm ups followed by deep strength building poses as well as restorative work which will keep a climber climbing at their peek performance.

ZumbaDrop it like it's hot!  This class mixes salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, samba, bachata, belly dance, and hip hop - you won't feel like you are in a fitness class, you will feel like you are at the club!  This class combines fast and slow rhythms that get your heart pumping. It’s a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps perfect for anyone with or without dance experience!! Come Zumba with us!

Zumba ExpressThis class pairs the exotic rhythms, dance moves and high-energy Latin and international beats you love of Zumba with targeted toning exercises to give you a complete, results-oriented and total body workout in every class!
