Sandra leads the University Marketing and Printing Services
departments at Northern Arizona University, reporting to the Vice President of
Advancement. She joined the university in 2003 to lead the marketing efforts of
its auxiliary departments.
Prior to joining Northern Arizona University, Sandra led
corporate marketing departments for global firms in the information technology,
financial services, and research industries, including International Data
Corporation (IDC), TowerGroup, and Digital Equipment Corporation.
She has led corporate branding and rebranding initiatives;
public relations, web, product launch, creative, and event teams; corporate and
internal communications functions; and channel partner programs.
Sandra has served as a member of the NACAS Media
Services/Public Relations committee.
She earned an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in
Education from the University of Connecticut.

Steve is the Digital Print Manager, focusing on production, variable data projects, and quality assurance. He frequently receives kudos from the departments and organizations he supports, and will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Northern Arizona University and the
Printing Services team in 2003, Steve had worked in the printing and graphics
industry for over 30 years. Steve was also a former instructor with the School of Communication, is a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, and has
been a resident of the Flagstaff community for more than 20 years.

Ron is the customer service representative for Northern
Arizona University Printing Services.
He assists campus departments and governmental agencies with
consultation, estimation, and production coordination of various types of
printed projects.
Ron earned a BS in photography with a minor in business
management at Northern Arizona University.
He has worked for a variety of print/copy facilities,
including AlphaGraphics, Kinko’s, and Flagstaff Printing Company.
Ron has been employed with Northern Arizona
University since 2005, and is a photographer in his free time.
