Fee for Service
If you have paid the Health and Recreation Fee, electing
to use the health center on a Fee for Service basis means you pay all visit
costs including the $58 primary care office visit fee out-of-pocket.
Potential out-of-pocket costs in addition to the $58
office visit fee include:
- prescriptions
- laboratory and x-ray tests
- injections and procedures
