The ITS software store is intended for qualified faculty, staff and qualified affiliates for home use of Microsoft products. Limit: two of each Microsoft product per person.
You may also use this store to purchase SAS and acquire a free download for SPSS software for department or personal use; limits do not apply.

Return & Exchange Policy
ITS will only accept returns of software packages that have not been used. We cannot accept packages that have been opened, unless the CD was found defective. If found defective, ITS will exchange the software package with another copy of the same software.
Please check the system requirements before purchasing software.
Refund Policy
ITS will refund full purchase price of a software package that is returned unopened within 7 business days of purchase. Refunds are processed manually and generally take 5-7 working days to process. If you require a refund for any reason, please contact us via email at Ask-SW@nau.edu, or call the Solution Center at 523-1511. Please have this information ready when you write or call:

Software should be picked up at the ITS front desk, building 54. Please bring PHOTO ID when picking up software. For orders outside of Flagstaff, we will ship via FedEx for a charge of $7.
