Business Objects is now Enterprise Reporting!
Financial Reports reflect financial data contained within NAU's Data Warehouse. These data are refreshed nightly from Advantage and PeopleSoft Financials, NAUs two financial accounting systems. Therefore, the Financial Reports reflect financial information as of the end of the previous business day.
Available PeopleSoft Financials reports include:
- HR Payroll
- Status of Funds
- Grant ITD Status of Funds
Available Advantage Financial reports include:
- Budget Reports
- General Accounting Reports
- Grant Reports
- Payroll Reports
- Purchasing Reports
- Status of Funds Reports

Login to Enterprise Reporting
Availability
Normal hours of availability are from 7 AM to 12:30 AM, seven days a week.
This service may be unavailable sunday mornings between 8 AM and noon for regular system maintenance.
If you cannot access this system during normal hours, check the IT Systems Status for outages.
To Use This Service, You Will Need
All NAU employees who have a ‘legitimate educational interest’ may have access to Enterprise Reporting. You will need an Enterprise Reporting account.

How to Request
To Access Financial Reports first Login to Enterprise Reporting.
For PeopleSoft Financials Reports: Navigate to Public Folders/PS Financial Reports.
For Advantage Financial Reports: Navigation to Public Folders/Advantage - Financial Reports and select the plus sign next to "Advantage - Financial Reports". From here you can select on the report category sub-folder. Available categories for Advantage Financial reports are:
- ADV2
- Budget
- General Accounting
- Grants
- Payroll
- Purchasing
- Status of Funds
