The NAU Service Logger is a service or work tracking system for use by NAU departments. It uses a hierarchical organizational structure that is customizable.
Department managers can use this system to track work assignments, progress, and hours. From something as simple as documenting a phone call to tracking major efforts, the NAU Service Logger will help departments organize their work and communication.
The NAU Service Logger will soon be paired with Business Objects Reporting to present a summary of work performed for a department. In addition, training videos will soon be available for reference.

Hours of availability are 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

To Use This Service, You Will Need
All NAU employees and student workers may use the NAU Service Logger to track work in their departments if they
- are active members of a group in its organizational structure.
- have access rights granted by their group's manager.
- have completed the FERPA Online Tutorial.
How to Request
If you would like use the NAU Service Logger to track work for your department, please submit a Service Request in the ITS Service Order System.
