Blanca Obregon is a bilingual/bicultural Licensed Professional Counselor. Blanca received her education at Northern Arizona University where she obtained:
- BA in Psychology
- M.A. in Applied Sociology emphasis (Social Psychology)
- M.A. in Community Counseling
Her professional scope of services includes working with Mexican/Latino families, and Native American populations in Northern Arizona. Blanca has extensive experience working in community mental health clinics providing services to children, adolescents, adults and families, as well as school based counseling services for over 20 years. Blanca enjoys working with Latino students, young adults, and children. Blanca has an interest in relationship issues, trauma, chronic illnesses, and multi-cultural issues of diversity, and assimilation. Blanca is an Arizona native raised both in the US and Mexico. She likes culture, learning different languages, rock climbing, dancing, yoga, and different forms of meditation. Blanca believes in holistic solutions to healing she believes in the power of expression, awareness, and movement.
