Biography

Bob grew up in the warehousing and distribution business and began working for his family when he was 14, acquiring skills in all areas of the business including construction and development. Bob began practicing law for the firm of Rawlins, Ellis, Burrus &Kiewit in Phoenix and later accepted a position as in-house counsel for Ponca Wholesale Mercantile Company.  Now, as managing partner for Weksler-Casselman Investments, Bob sees his career going full circle. He is actively pursuing the acquisition, development, and management of industrial, retail, commercial and residential properties across the southwest and Texas.

Bob has also stayed busy with civic service, including serving as the president of three different synagogues, as a board member of the American Jewish Committee, and attending the Blaustein Institute for Jewish Leadership. Bob has also served on the boards of the Leadership Workshop Foundation, Phoenix Country Day School, and the International Foundation for Anti-Cancer Drug Discovery. Currently, Bob is active with NAU’s Social and Behavioral Sciences Advisory Council, and as a founding member and president of Congregation Beth Tefillah. He and his wife Michelle live in Phoenix and have five children.
