Mission

We aim to create a collaborative campus culture of career and academic advising that focuses on student success. We accomplish this by encouraging student learning, supporting advising and the campus advising staff, and providing increased opportunity for meaningful student contact.

Goals

Our goals are for staff and students to:

• integrate career and academic planning in a developmentally appropriate manner
• build collaborative partnerships
• foster and apply self-directed independent learning
• create environments of inclusion and respect through honest, civil, and open communication
