Dean's Scholarship
Criteria
This scholarship is awarded for $2,500. Qualifying students would have received this scholarship at the beginning of their freshman year at NAU in the catalog year 2012-2013.
Renewal Criteria
- 2.50 GPA
- Must be enrolled full-time
- Must complete 30 credit hours each academic year (including summer and winter terms)
- Repeated courses (taken for the second time), correspondence, credits earned at another college or university before the start of your admitted academic year do not count towards the 30 credit requirement
Additional Information
- If the renewal criteria are not met, the amount and the award are subject to change
- Awards are for fall and spring semester only and the entire award amount may not be received in one semester
- Available to undergraduate students only who are seeking their 1st Bachelor’s degree
- NAU grades earned prior to the start of your admitted academic year are used to calculate your cumulative GPA requirement
- Award cannot be used to pay Study Abroad Programs such as Faculty Led and Provider
Merit Scholarship
Criteria
This scholarship is awarded for $1,750. Qualifying students would have received this scholarship at the beginning of their freshman year at NAU in the catalog year 2009-2010.

Phi Theta Kapa
Criteria
This scholarship is open to students who are currently attending a two year college and who will be attending NAU full time the following semester as an undergraduate, first degree seeking student. Award amount is $500 for Residents and $5,000 for Non-Residents per academic year.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Have completed a PTK Application
- Attach verification of PTK Membership
- Have no gap between enrollment at community college and enrollment at NAU
- Be full time
- Have a GPA of at least 2.50
To be eligible, the student must be a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Once admitted to NAU, complete the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship Application to be considered. You must also submit community college unofficial transcripts.

President's Scholarship (Residents)
Criteria
This scholarship is awarded for $3,750. Qualifying students would have received this scholarship at the beginning of their freshman year at NAU in the catalog year 2009-2010.

Regent's High Honors Endorsement Scholarship (AIMS)
CriteriaThe
scholarship is awarded amount of full tuition at the time of first attendance.
The AIMS scholarship will not be awarded more than eight consecutive semesters
(maximum).

- Must complete 30 credit hours each academic year (including summer and
winter terms)
- Repeated courses (taken for the second time) do not count towards the 30 credit
requirement

The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) Scholarship
CriteriaParticipants will continue to receive the WUE
Tuition Scholarship at the same tuition rate that was locked-in beginning first
semester, freshman year.
2NAU
CriteriaThis scholarship can only apply to the spring 2013
term and beyond.
Renewal criteria
The award is renewable for a
maximum of one term (fall or spring), provided the recipient has:
- Achieved at least a
3.25 cumulative grade-point average (GPA) during their first term at NAU,
- Successfully completed
12 units during their first term at NAU,
- Enrolled full-time
(minimum of 12 units) in their second term at NAU.
Combining awards
This award cannot be combined with
other tuition scholarship awards beyond the cost of the resident portion of
tuition. It cannot be applied to mandatory or special class fees, or to other
charges such as housing, meal plans, etc.
