Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant

Additional funding opportunity for NAU students

The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) is available to eligible undergraduate students who have not yet earned a bachelor’s or professional degree. This grant funding is limited and is awarded based on when a student’s FAFSA is submitted.

Selected NAU students will receive up to $1,000 for the academic year ($500 per semester).

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant eligibility

The following criteria must be met for consideration but are not a guarantee of funds:

• Complete the FAFSA by the priority date. Our priority date for all students is May 1. Include NAU’s school code, 001082.
• Be eligible for the full Pell Grant as calculated by the FAFSA.
• Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress guidelines.
