The Computer Service Center (CSC) performs both day-to-day support and long-term IT projects for Facility Services operations campus wide. In addition to help desk activities, the CSC provides hardware, software, desktop and application support for Facility Services and work units within. The CSC is responsible for IT related projects, departmental data management and applications, internal server systems (physical and virtual), work order management system application, enterprise document imaging application support, application development and support, network support, departmental and individual web presences and applications, audio/visual/presentation systems, and all IT technological staff support and IT related training. The Computer Service Center (CSC) also coordinates with the central NAU ITS department which maintains the various databases in use by Facility Services, for example the campus-wide work order and vehicle reservation systems. The CSC collaborates with other IT departments on campus and works closely with the Office of Sustainability to further green initiatives, in particular those involving technology
