Our certified personal trainers will provide you with the motivation, education, guidance, and individualized instruction to achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
Every student and Recreation Center member receives one free 60-minute personal training session. Due to the high volume of clients, sessions are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Sign-up now to begin your fitness journey.
We also offer personal fitness assessments, small group /partner training, and fitness programs for high school students.
Our personal trainers can design a quality program to assist you with:
- cardiovascular fitness
- strength training
- toning and shaping
- sport-specific training
- stress relief
- weight management
- improving energy levels
Bring water and wear comfortable workout attire including athletic shoes. To facilitate the best services for our clients, we have instituted a cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your session to avoid being charged for that session.
For any program canceled by the department, participants will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid thus far. All other refund requests must be submitted in writing to the business office. No refunds will be issued for purchases or programs less than $25. All other approved refunds will incur a 20 percent processing fee. Credits are available in lieu of a refund and can only be applied to other Campus Recreation programs and purchases.
Personal Trainer credentials
Every personal trainer is certified with a nationally recognized association. Our trainers stay up-to-date with current trends and research through staff in-services, continuing their education by attending workshops, seminars, reading journal periodicals, and participating in practical applications.
