Group Fitness offers multiple class formats to give you the workout that best suits your need. From cardio, to high intensity interval training, bootcamp, dance, boxing, yoga, and more, you're sure to find your ideal workout here at Campus Recreation! All of these classes are FREE! Try them all during your time as a lumberjack.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions
All of these free, drop-in classes are taught by certified instructors. Classes are held in the MPG, Exercise Suites, TRX Corner, and the Wall Aquatic Center.
New Group Fitness Location!
Looking for a way to grab a quick workout during your lunch break! Campus Recreation Group Fitness has added a new location for classes in the Fieldhouse. Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12-1pm with Jazzercise and Yoga. These classes will run from October 19th - November 11th. Jazzercise and Yoga are free classes for Campus Recreation Members and cost a low fee of $20 for non-members. Click here
Inclement Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather and a University closure, please reference the revised Group Fitness schedule. Modified group fitness schedules will be created and posted accordingly. If the university closes due to inclement weather, the group exercise schedule will be modified until the university re-opens. Always check our website, Facebook, or call the Rec Center at 928-523-1733 for class updates and cancellations.
