Friday March 31, 2017 brings the 16th annual There’s A Reason I’m a Teacher Conference to NAU’s College of Education.

This year's theme is "Cultivating Community: Sowing the Seeds of Hope"

This conference provides a professional development opportunity for our teacher candidates as they interact with recognized outstanding teachers through keynote addresses and breakout sessions.  Our teacher candidates will take away best practices used daily in the classrooms they will soon be overseeing as they enter the teaching profession.  The College of Education is grateful and proud to present this conference in partnership with the  Arizona K-12 Center, Arizona Educational Foundation and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona.
