Please note: All proposals, regardless of undergraduate or graduate, must come to the college committee first for a review. The UGC and the UCC will not accept initial proposals from individual units; initial submissions are made by the college committee to the respective organization.

Please submit completed, unsigned, electronic forms to the Curriculum Process Assistant (Scott Galland) and the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (Pauline Entin). Paper submission occurs after the committee has reviewed the initial documents, you have made revisions (if applicable), and the documents have been approved. Once approved, it is the responsibility of the originating department to provide the corrected forms and support materials in both electronic and signed paper form to the dean’s office.
