Community outreach and camps overview
Music is for everyone
We’re more than a School of Music, we’re a beacon for the performing arts in Northern Arizona. Through our community programs, our students and faculty bring music to our neighbors of all ages and abilities.
Public performances
Experience the power of music at 7,000 feet. The School of Music hosts over 200 performances each year, many of which are free and open to the public. Take in a performance from one of our many ensembles, students and professors, or world-class guest artists.
Community Music and Dance Academy
Music lessons are available for all skill and age levels on most orchestral and band instruments, piano, voice, and guitar. Dance classes include ballet and jazz for all ages and ability levels.
Curry Summer Music Camp
A one- to two-week summer camp where young musicians are immersed in music and mentorship on our beautiful Flagstaff campus, with each week culminating in a finale ensemble concert.
