CAIR Team Members
Within the heart of the Center for American Indian Resilience is a dedication to science and social change and commitment to mentoring our students as future agents of change. The CAIR employs undergraduate and graduate students to engage in resiliency-focused, outcome-oriented research projects. Students are paired with CAIR staff and faculty members to receive training, mentoring, and support as they learn to apply the knowledge learned here to real world challenges. The employment of faculty and staff from three different institutions serves to foster new and stronger academic affiliations between departments and colleges, as well as generate high-quality research and results.
