Online registration is closed for Spring Freshman Orientation, but students can still register via phone at 928-523-0632.
2015 Freshman Orientation has gone mobile! Access our free events mobile app, which includes the Orientation schedule and information about student services, from your device's app store by searching for NAU Events and selecting 2015 Freshman Orientation. What to expect
At this session, you will participate in workshops and lectures from:
- Continental breakfast/Student Services Expo
- Welcome session
- Financial Aid
- Academic advisers in the Gateway Student Success Center
- Student organizations
You will have the chance to complete placement exams, including:
- ALEKS math placement test
You will have the opportunity to:
- ask a True Blue Ambassador any questions you may have
- get your JacksCard (your NAU ID Card)
- meet with an adviser one-on-one and enroll in your courses
Spring Orientation Information
Please plan for a full day at Spring Orientation on Friday, January 9.
Weather: When you arrive for check in on the morning of Friday, January 9, it will be cold. Please plan for cold weather by wearing layers and appropriate coats and footwear. Weather information for Flagstaff is online.
