Check your application status
Thank you for submitting an application for admission to
Northern Arizona University. We process and review applications as soon as they
are received. If you’re a Flagstaff campus freshman applicant, you can have a
decision in as little as 48 hours.
Confirmation and next steps
You can expect to receive a letter confirming the review of your
application. Inside, you’ll find a user ID providing you with access to check your
application status.
To check your application status
online:
- sign in to LOUIE
with the user ID found in your confirmation letter, enter your password
- click “SA Self Service”
- click “Learner Services”
- click “Admissions” and then “Application Status”
- confirm/update your contact information
- view your to-do lists for completing any additional
paperwork
If you don’t know your password:
Visit nau.edu/password
and enter the user ID from your confirmation letter, with the password field
blank. You’ll need to answer a security question to retrieve your password.
Still having trouble logging in?
Call the Student Technology Center at 888-520-7215 for
answers to your technical questions 24 hours a day during the fall and spring
semesters, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during summer and winter breaks.
Accept your offer
After you have been offered admission, be sure to accept
your offer. If you are not planning on attending, you should decline your offer.
