Professional
Interests
Dr. Brumbach’s research interests
lie within the framework of evolutionary psychology where she uses
life history theory to examine the mechanisms by which biological
and social ecologies influence patterns relevant to human relationships,
health, and economic achievements. Her research is strengthened by
a strong dedication to and enthusiasm for research methods and statistics.
Specifically, she is interested in factor analytic techniques (e.g.,
EFA, SEM) and various aspects of measurement (e.g, scale construction,
quantifying qualitative data). |
